Does exist some method to reset variables?

Hi every body

Sometimes I need to manipulate varibles symbolically, but when that variables were defined above in a mathcad document, its symbol properties are lost and the mathcad manage that like constants. Does exist something to reset to a null value that variables for manipulate it in another equations?
