I've recently upgraded my computer to Windows 2000 v5 SP4 and have reinstalled Mathcad Professional v8. I know it's not officially supported, and Mathsoft will only provide support for v12 & v13.
Upon launching the sp3pro.exe file I get the pop up window:
"The procedure entry point lTimer could not be located in the dynamic link library USER32.dll."
Upon launching the pro802rc.exe file I get the pop up window:
"The procedure entry point tualFree could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll."
Both files are located in the Mathcad installation directory.
Has anyone been able to work through this matter, or does anyone have a suggestion?
