PTC web portal problem

I have a valid portal login but frequently get a "access denied" message when opening any support tool. >>Zugriff verweigert – Berechtigungen nicht ausreichend Unsere Unterlagen besagen, dass Ihr Unternehmen keinen aktuellen Wartungsvertrag besitzt. Wenden Sie sich an den Kundendienst, um das Problem zu lösen. In most cases I can access the tools with the second or third attempt. However, I tried several times to open a new service call and always get the same "access denied" message. What is wrong with your portal software or my account?
