Unknown error with long program

I get the following message when trying to run a long (~130 lines) program within Mathcad. I have run other long programs before without seeing this:

"Ldtoken, Ldftn and Ldvirtgtn OpCodes cannot target DynamicMethods."

Does anyone understand what this means?
