Hello to all!
I pretend to use an OPT file to manage my MathCad network license, and one thing that I would like to do is to configure a timeout limit. Some people have the habit of starting MathCad but without using it, so other users can't find free licenses to work. I've already studied the FlexLM guide, and I'm aware of the procedure to create this OPT file. But there's something that I couldn't find out: how the MathCad declares itself idle?
In other words, if I leave MathCad open but using other applications, will it be considered idle? Or it will be considered idle only when the computer is not in use?
Other question: reaching the timeout limit, will the program close or the user can at least save the file?
Thanks in advance for your time!
