Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges

I saw someone mention "v13.1 SR2" here on the Collab, so I thought I would surf on over to the PTC site to see if I needed to download a new patch (I'm running 13.1). I clicked on "Order or Download Software Updates" and was asked to log in to my account. After logging in, I get:

"Access Denied - Insufficient Privileges
Your web account does not hold the following required privileges to access this application:
* Customer Service Access"

Do I seriously have to pay for bug fixes and patches now? Or am I doing something wrong?
