Automatic index generator

Dear Users,

Can anybody help me with the following issue:

In Microsfy word you are able to make automtic index chapters with page numers after you have defined heading styles 1,2,3,.... etc.

In mathcad 13 you also can define styles like heading 1, head 2 and etcc. but there is no button for an index genaration.

Or is it somewhere hidden??
