Mathcad 11 startup

Sirs - I have a copy of Mathcad 11 which has served me well but which has stopped working. I am running Windows XP (SP2) and have been performing the recommended MS upgrades. Now I click on the MCAD icon and nothing happens.

I have tried unistalling and reinstalling but to no effect.

Any ideas?
