Cannot install modules, add-ins, extras

I have Mathcad 11 installed on Windows 2000 Server with Service Releases 1 and 2 installed. I downloaded several extras and placed them in the C:\temp\mathsoft directory on that server. Then I tried to install them. Here's an example. I tried to install the Solving & Optimization Extension Pack - soep.exe. A dialog box opened that said

"Setup was unable to locate Mathcad 2000 (or higher). Please enter the path."

I navigated to the directory where mcad.exe lives, which is

c:\Mathsoft\program files\Mathsoft\Mathcad 11 Enterprise Edition\

When I clicked on the "Next" button, a message box opened that said

"This Electronic Book requires Mathcad 2000 Professional"

I tried installing the programs with Terminal Services and with a network drive mapped to the server's C: drive, and the same thing happened both ways. I received the following errors while installing the following files:

Solving & Optimization Extension Pack - soep.exe - would not install, requires Mathcad 2000 Professional

Programming in Mathcad - program.exe - would not install, requires Mathcad 2001 Standard

Solving in Mathcad - solving.exe - would not install, requires Mathcad 2001 Standard

2D Plotting from the Mathcad Treasury - 2dplot.exe - would not install, requires Mathcad 2001 Standard

3D Plotting from the Mathcad Treasury - 3dplot.exe - would not install, requires Mathcad 2001 Standard

Built-in statistical functions, sorting and classifying data, > curve fitting, interpolation, and overall statistics within Mathcad - statist.exe - would not install, requires Mathcad 2001 Standard

Data Analysis from the Mathcad Treasury - data.exe - would not install, requires Mathcad 2001 Standard

Matrix Algebra from the Mathcad Treasury - matalg.exe - would not install, requires Mathcad 2001 Standard

I also tried to point the programs to C:\Program Files\Mathsoft, since that's where the "Mathcad 11 Enterprise Edition.msi" file is located. That didn't work either.

So has anyone else seen this problem? What am I doing wrong?

I know in my heart that man is good.
That what is right will always eventually triumph.
And theres purpose and worth to each and every life.
