Mathcad V13 and Vista problem

I recently installed Mathcad V13.1.3 on a new Vista Home Premium edition PC. The program installed without problems, but when I tried running it, got the following message:

"Mathcad Application has stopped working

A problem caused the program to stop working correctly.
Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available"

Has anyone experienced this problem, and is there an y settings that can be changed to allow Mathcad V13 to run on Vista ????
